Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using GroupGrab and how group offers, pricing, commitments and purchases work.

Effective October 4, 2026

1. Using GroupGrab

By using GroupGrab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase or payment commitment. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account.

2. Group offers are different from ordinary retail

GroupGrab combines customer demand so a larger group may qualify for better supplier pricing. Product pages may show interest, committed demand, a current maximum merchandise price, a possible lower Group Price, or an outside price reference. A lower price is not guaranteed unless the offer expressly says it has been unlocked and confirmed.

Preview and interest-stage offers are not purchase orders. Supplier pricing, inventory, condition, fulfillment and delivery terms may still need verification.

3. Interested, Grab It and payment consent

Marking a product as “Interested” is a nonbinding demand signal and does not authorize a charge. When paid commitments are opened, GroupGrab will show the maximum merchandise price and the complete maximum delivered cost before you give payment consent. Your accepted maximum will not be increased without fresh consent.

GroupGrab does not treat an interest threshold by itself as authorization to charge you or order inventory.

4. Prices and outside price references

Prices may change before you commit as supplier quotes, quantities, freight, taxes or availability change. When GroupGrab displays an outside price reference, it is intended as a like-for-like comparison for the identified product and condition at the time checked. It is not a promise that the reference is the lowest market price, and other sellers may offer lower prices.

Savings claims, when used, are based on the displayed comparison and merchandise price unless the page clearly states otherwise.

5. Checkout, fees and taxes

Before a paid commitment is accepted, checkout is intended to disclose the merchandise amount, shipping and handling, one GroupGrab service fee per transaction when applicable, estimated or final taxes, and the maximum total. Taxes and delivery charges may vary by destination and fulfillment method.

6. Payment methods

Payment-method information may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. GroupGrab may securely save a payment method or payment authorization only after the required consent step. A saved payment method is not, by itself, permission to charge an amount that you did not accept.

7. Shipping, pickup and fulfillment

Available fulfillment methods, timing and charges will be shown for the applicable offer. Estimated dates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. See our Shipping & Pickup Policy for the current launch rules.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return rights can depend on whether an offer is still gathering demand, whether inventory has been ordered, the product category, and the supplier’s confirmed terms. GroupGrab will show material restrictions before paid ordering opens. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

9. Product information and availability

We work to present accurate product identity, condition, quantity and specifications, but supplier information can change. We may pause, correct or cancel an offer before fulfillment if inventory, pricing, product identity, safety, legality or fulfillment cannot be verified. If money has been collected for an order GroupGrab cannot fulfill, the applicable refund terms will apply.

10. Accounts and acceptable use

Do not misuse GroupGrab, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent demand, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate group metrics, abuse promotions, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, suppliers or the platform.

11. Intellectual property

GroupGrab’s name, branding, software, page designs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks and images belonging to suppliers or manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

GroupGrab is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every group will reach a desired price, or that every proposed offer will become purchasable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupGrab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting paid transactions will be presented before they apply to a new purchase or commitment.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, where state law applies, the laws of North Carolina, without limiting any consumer rights that apply based on your location.
