PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

What we need before a listing can go live

Exact customer unit

Specify the retail unit a buyer receives, including manufacturer, model/SKU, barcode, size, count, condition, lot/expiry when applicable and a photograph of that exact package.

Real wholesale price breaks

Submit actual supplier unit costs at each eligible combined quantity. These are not final customer prices. GroupGrab quotes freight, taxes, fulfillment and its separately disclosed service fee.

Two packaging levels

Report sealed customer unit weight and L × W × H separately from units per master carton, master carton count, master carton dimensions and gross weight. Report pallet count when applicable.

Available inventory

Provide a trackable warehouse stock reference, origin ZIP, available quantity, an authorized contact and a clear allocation expiry. We independently verify availability before offering products for sale.

APPROVED FULFILLMENT PROCESS

How suppliers ship to GroupGrab

  1. 1. GroupGrab verifies and issues instructions

Do not ship on the strength of a submitted listing, price request or customer interest. We must first approve a supplier purchase order and arrange the applicable fulfillment route.

  2. 2. Receive an inbound reference

For consolidated warehouse orders, GroupGrab confirms the receiving address, authorized recipient, receiving appointment, shipment reference, expected carton/pallet count and packing-list requirements. The destination is not automatically our Raleigh facility.

  3. 3. Label and document the shipment

Identify each carton or pallet with the approved purchase order / inbound reference and exact SKU. Include a packing list showing master cartons, retail units, lots/expiration dates if applicable, and total units. Supply carrier/BOL or parcel tracking and commercial documents requested for the route.

  4. 4. Deliver intact, compliant merchandise

Ship protected retail units in the declared condition. Do not substitute SKUs, ship customer returns as new, conceal shortages, or send damaged/recalled goods. Products requiring special transportation/storage rules need approval before shipment.

  5. 5. Receive reconciliation and fulfillment results

Our warehouse partner verifies counts and visible condition, handles shortages and receiving discrepancies, then prepares the agreed individual orders. GroupGrab coordinates customer delivery or approved local pickup and maintains tracking and returns records.

No unsolicited pallets or cartons.

The proposed GroupGrab warehouse and delivery schedule are confirmed for each approved purchase order. Never independently ship to any prior warehouse address or schedule freight without written routing instructions.

New factory sealed surplus may be reviewed if correctly labeled as surplus. Mixed customer returns, damaged goods, mystery pallets and unverified product conditions are not eligible for the standard introductory program.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Seller verification comes before customer commitments.

Submitting a proposal is free and private. It is not a sale, a guaranteed order, permission to ship, or a guarantee of a warehouse receiving appointment. GroupGrab verifies supplier authority, stock availability, exact items, price tiers, shipping costs, legal compliance and buyer terms before opening a paid Grab.
